A new approach for Proteinopathies

A unique strategy

AmyPore develops therapeutic solutions through our proprietary adaptive peptide platform, targeting the pathologies associated with intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) and membrane gangliosides.

The pioneering adaptive peptide concept developed by AmyPore opens new therapeutic avenues for diseases that currently have no effective treatment, by directly targeting the molecular mechanisms that cause them.

Our lead molecule, AmyP53, is the first adaptive peptide designed for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

New therapeutic strategy

Alzheimer & Parkinson

Our lead molecule, AmyP53, is a therapeutic peptide arising from fundamental research.

Its design rests on an innovative strategy built around a multiparametric set of requirements: targeting a molecular mechanism common to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, therapeutic action at low dose, absence of pre-clinical toxicity, and non-invasive administration (nasal spray).

AmyP53 is the first representative of a new therapeutic class for the treatment of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
